Is this a fever, the flu or something else?

this actually happened really fast, i came home and when i began to swallow, i felt phlegm running down my throat, then one side of my throat started to hurt, then i began to feel cold although my skin was boiling, then i wrapped myself up and then i actually felt boiling and it kept changing. Very slight head pains, fairly achy, slight running nose, i also felt like my eyes were burning too, but i then took paracetamol and most of the symptoms had almost completely eased. Should i be worried about this?
