No, you won't find any free real doctor consultation online. Not saying they are no nice enough.
The closest thing is webmd or mayoclinci, where you can research for symptoms and home remedies.
There are online doctor that charge per video conference. Cheaper than going to a doctor and you can find one 24 hours

erm i would say webmd.com as your best bet for free medical advice but its not all from professionals so do your own research. or you could just go see your GP
