Leave the kids alone- pervert. Children are considered pure b/c they do not know from right to wrong in a moral sense.
In the best response to your ?, anything is considered ethical depending upon, which theory of ethics you would like to use to support you choices. Theories of ethics: Hedonism, Virtue, Happiness, rule of duty, etc. ---What is morality? To what standard is something considered to be morally sound, and if it can not be proven why not choose any form of theories in ethics you fathom.
If you do devour this children start with your own kids first or family then head towards the public.
I wouldn't, if I were you b/c your talking non-sense, meaning your question has no logic to it, and possibly ethics have no clear base line. I said, "possibly?!?"
