    yes that would be like an AFC team moving back to Chicago

    Given how the Steelers own the city and it not being one of the richer cities in America. I think it would be impossible to have a second team in Pittsburgh.

    Absolutely 100% shocked.

    LA or San Antonio would get a team before another city gets a 2nd team. Even the international markets (Mexico City, Toronto, London) are ahead of that.
