Please can you help me with my novel?
I have an assignment for english that's due in a week to do a moral story.My only problem is, when she's burning things of her ex-boyfriend I don't know how to turn into a fire that could kill her and how she couldn't stop the flames (she dies too).Please help

She could have a gas fire which she is burning the things on and in anger at trying to get something to burn she could hit the grate which causes a crack in the gas pipe. The gas would then leak into the room with without her noticing, then the fire could get larger on one of the things she burns and a flame that leaps into the air would ignite the escaped gas, the whole room would be engulfed in flame.
