Turtle beaches have incredible sound quality and since they have directional powers you can effectively hear if someone is beside or behind you. (Assuming your playing a shooter) if your playing madden or racing they might not be as effective.

If you play games like first person shooter games,get them.
If you play adventure games,then they are not as useful.
I have them but I mostly play Skyrim so they are not that much use to me.

When you use the sentence "Why should I...": NO. You don't need it.
Try again when you reach "Why shouldn't I...".
