Are Air Force ROTC enlisted chevrons for prior-enlisted members of ROTC?
I've come across chevrons that say they are for ROTC, I've never seen these before and I am just wondering if prior-enlisted personnel wear these during ROTC? I've provided an example of the chevrons I'm talking about.

They are representative of real rank but are not, outside of the ROTC environment. Prior enlisted would wear them just the same as any other cadet because no matter what you were before, you're a cadet now. Army ROTC works the same way.
