Need a look up on Ray James Mullins?
I'm trying to find out who the parents (and Grandparents) are for Ray James Mullins.
Ray James Mullins born 10 Jun 1912 in Webster Co. WV. - died 04 Nov 1995 at Beckley, Raleigh Co. WV.
He was married to Audrey Gladys Cogar on 23 Sep 1933 in Webster Co. WV.
I only have a birth year of 1913 in Webster Co. WV. for Audrey Gladys Cogar and no death date, if the missing dates can be found that would be great also.
She was a duaghter of Cornelius Heath Cogar and Ellen Viola Pugh. Cornelius always used the name "Neal".
I would love to add any parents, brothers, and sisters that might be found for Ray, to my tree.

WV is one of four states that have BMD data on-line for some years and some counties.
http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_select.aspx
They have a Sallie B Mullins b. 19 Sep 1876, d. 19 Oct 1953 in Webster Springs in the death records. Her parents were Charles Wine and Susan Killingsworth. That might be Ray James' mother.
Almost certainly her, as the 1910 shows:
142 Wine, Jacob Head Male White 49 1861 Married, WV, WV, WV
142 Wine, Susan Wife Female White 62 1848 Married, WV, WV, WV
142 Mullins, Sallie Daughter Female White 33 1877 Married, WV, WV, WV
142 Buckhanon, Willie Grandson Male White 20 1890 Single, WV, WV, WV
142 Mullina, Ella Granddaughter Female White 8 1902 Single, WV, WV, WV
142 Mullina, John Grandson Male White 3 1907 Single, WV, WV, WV
142 Mullina, Mellis Granddaughter Female White 10/12 abt 1910 Single, WV, WV, WV
143 Furby, Alonzo Head Male White 47 1863 Married, WV, WV, WV add
143 Furby, Ida Wife Female White 45 1865 Married, WV, WV, WV add
I left HH 143 in so you would count your blessings. How would you like to go through high school named "Alonzo Furby"?
Citation:
1910; Census Place: Salt Lick, Braxton, West Virginia; Roll: T624_1677; Page: 8A; Enumeration District: 0016; Image: 472; FHL Number: 1375690.
Spelling as indexed; the handwriting is atrocious. Sallie is divorced in 1920. In 1910 she has "M2" in her marital status column and has been married for 9 years. You'll notice she is living with her parents in 1910, sans hubby; she either makes bad choices with men or the coal mines ate her first husband.
The WV marriages data base whose link I gave you has Sallie Wine marrying Wm. M. Mullins in 1901 in Webster County.

Nice that someone did the research for you, but if you want to do it yourself you could go to a public library and use the computers there, most have access to several subscription sites that are not available for home use. You could use Familysearch.org, it is free and also has research tips. Lastly you could go to a Family History Center, they are open to the public at no cost and have subscription sites also.
When doing research, seeing or getting a copy of the original document and documenting where your saw it or obtained the copy, is critical and verifies your research and makes it acceptable on a professional level, and to historical societies,
