Clearing all personal information+BBM off Blackberry ?

Hey

I recently bought a blackberry off my mate

He wants it back now and I want to clear everything off it, as in saved email addresses, passwords, facebook accounts, my bbm contact list etc

A restore to factory settings button would be nice, or anything that wipes my data

    click on options (spanner symbol), then security, then security wipe. all data will be removed.
