I playing sims 3 generations/late night and My sim is about to age up before his girlfriend. Can a my young adult sim and the teen still be BF/GF??

your YA and teen can still be boyfriend and girlfriend, but until the younger one ages up, they cant have any type of physical relationship, due to height differences. there is a twallan mod that make YA-Teen relationships work, which you can get here:

but they will appear to be kissing air and the neck respectively.
