Which POTUS candidate has the only deficit reduction policy that will work?

According to a report released Thursday from the nonpartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, Barack Obama, Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum are touting policies that would push the debt beyond current projections.

Only Ron Paul's plans would begin to sharply decrease the debt,

I'm not in favor of all of Paul's policies, but it seems he is the only one serious about lowering the deficit.

The nation's debt load is typically measured as a portion of the economy, or gross domestic product — with 60% being an internationally accepted level of debt. The United States' so-called public debt is about 70% of GDP.

-Under Obama, the public debt is expected to rise over the decade, to 80% of GDP.

-Gingrich is promoting, including spending on space exploration, a policy that would increase the national debt by an additional $7 trillion over the baseline over the next decade to 114% of GDP.

-Santorum's policies would drive up the debt by an additional $4.5 trillion, to 104%.

-Romney's proposals would increase public debt to between 85% and 96% of GDP.

-Only the proposals from Paul, the libertarian Texas congressman, would reduce the debt from current projected levels, by $2.2 trillion, to 76% of GDP.

The debt has to keep up with the runaway inflation. I'm gonna change the subject a minute. Steve Walsh of Kansas split with them for a while in 1980 and cut an Album called Schemer Dreamer which had a song on it called Get Too Far - Crazy thing about the current situation - people really make a killing off the runaway inflation. Don't remember all the words and they are nowhere on the internet. The other songs are. I find it fascinating they did this song in Keynesian supply side economics and now Bush and Obama have it in demand side. Imagine the dollar inflating so much that we have to pay 4.00 a gallon for gas when it's 109 a barrel and 4.00 a gallon when was 149.00 a barrel

This is the beginning of the hyperinflation that Ron Paul and other Austrian Economists have been warning us about now. And the only reason why we are so fascinated with Iran who we have been propagandizing about WMD now for 30 years is because of the Nationalized Oil. We want it. We are selling our own overseas because we make more money. Correction: The Oil Companies. And do you remember the IMF conference last summer and how only the Giant Corporations were invited with the Central Banks?

Ron Paul did his infamous Neocon Agenda Hour in 2003 addressed to Congress.

These people have an agenda. You can google it. It is popular.

This is the truth about Iran that the propaganda does not tell us (see link)

You obviously are assuming that all the candidates plan to keep and/or increase Obama's reckless permanent give away programs Obama has instituted and will institute.

A fiscally responsible president will determine what programs were promised and determine who are the truly needy. This is something Obama is incapable of. He is totally dependent on handing out goodies to win votes. Once elected even these people will come to the realization the freebee programs are actually costing them not only financially but robbing them of their freedoms.

Obama has put us on a slippery slope and you are not thinking through the scenario you present. Yes I also saw these misconstrued calculations on MSNBC and CNN. You cannot get real news or unbiased commentaries from them. Put away the things of a child, grow up and think for yourself.

Before he could accomplish lowering the deficit he would have us blown off the map with his foreign policies.
