How do I transfer all the songs on my Ipod to my computer. I also need to download Itunes?

All my Itunes library is gone; although I still have all my songs on my Ipod. How do I transfer the songs that are on my Ipod to my computer?

Hey I downloaded this software. http://download.cnet.com/SharePod/3000-2141_4-1079... I've used this personally and it's helped me so much. This is completely virus free and reliable since your downloading from CNET. When finished downloading, you will be asked that you have your iPod/iPhone plugged in. When the software opens up you will the all your songs. Select all of it and click "Copy to Computer" The default folder where it will store all your music in is the Music folder. To find the music folder, click on the windows start menu and to the right should be something listed like "Music" click it and all the music imported should be there. Now you can just drag the folders into iTunes where iTunes will sort eveything out, and where all your songs will be. Hope you've found this as it was useful for me :), Top Contributor, i♥Bieber☆

Download iTunes from its website, then once it is installed connect your iPod then either click on file and then transfer purchases from _____ iPod or right click on the iPod on the pane to the left and select transfer purchases.
