Chicken Katsu Recipe for Jason S.?

Hey, my bud Jason S. ask bout Chicken Katsu, and I miss the question so I gonna give him one mine, I hope otha have good recipe too for him, if you do, 10 point for best recipe, ok? So, Katsu Chicken just Japanese fry chicken, and hea best way I know bout, make it alla time, it finest kind, ok? Ingredient: 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, beat with mallet till bout 1/4 inch thick, salt and pepper to tasete, get 2 cup panko bread crumb, add 1 tsp dry or fresh thyme, 1tsp dry rosemary, 1tsp chop garlic, shake crumb with seasoning inna plastic bag, 1 cup all purpose flour, ok? Scramble 1-2 egg, rub chicken with flour, then dip inna egg, dip inna flour, do twice more, then dip inna season panko crumb, the press crumb to wet flour/egg mix, get thick, the fry inna pan, with little japanese chili oil or use regular veg oil what eva kin you like, till done, at med high heat, ok? Bout 5 min per side, ok? Then gotta have good sauce to put onna katsu, so make sauce with 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup worchester sauce, 3tbl spoon lite soy sauce, and 1 tsp of oyster sauce if you like that too, taste, if too strong, add little water, then heat inna sauce pan stir till almost boil, then take off the heat, and let sit for few minute before serve...don't burn the sauce, by get too hot, ok? So, famous kapaakid chicken katsu, can use pork, or beef, even some kina fish, ok? Peace and aloha to you!
