You may just feel as if what you do know is not sufficient to get you through school. Though it is best to study, even if you feel you know it all, you may just have a sub-conscious thought that your memory is bad, or that you may have missed something, so you keep studying and your conscious mind works it out that you don't know this material, processing it to you that you feel stupid. If you keep studying and try to focus more on what you know instead of what you may not know, that might help. So even if you feel like a genius, or an idiot, you still have to study to keep all the material in you brain. So just focusing on the fact that you know all of this and that your grades are above normal may help, along with studying on your own conscious will, and not because you think you feel stupid.

Every child is ENTITLED to their education, at whatever rate and level they are at. I would suggest that you talk to your teacher privately and tell her that you are having trouble keeping up, or get your parents to speak to her. You may just need a little help. Would it help if you got information from your teacher, BEFORE she teaches something? For example, if you will be learning a new concept in Geography or Math, if she could tell you what is coming up so that you could take an hour or two to familiarize yourself with the material, so that when it comes to class time, you have already got a heads-up on what you will be learning. I used to do this in the early grades with my son - he had trouble grasping things, so I asked the teacher what she would be teaching for the rest of the year (multiplication, graphs and charts, North American Indians, Bees for example). I made sure we went to the library and got books about Bees and Indians, and we talked about "timesing" numbers (4x3 means four, three times), and we made charts of food we had at home. When those things came up at school he did well because he knew what she was talking about and he loved knowing more than the other kids in his class! Good luck dear!

Believe it or not your probably just insecure about yourself. Peer pressure has a lot to do with that and trying to fit into a social norm. A lot of students probably envy you and as a result your picking up that negativity and planting it on yourself. Your probably not consciously aware of it. Listen to your inner thoughts. Replace every negative thought with a positive one. It takes time but eventually after lots of practice you will be in control of your thoughts and your destiny. And dont listen to the religious sector saying its satan wanting you down, its more than likely negative people around you and they are everywhere, so Guard Your Thoughts!!

Believe in yourself and have more confidence!! By the sounds of things, you ARE really smart and just need to try and relax a little. Be positive, and don't be so tough on yourself!!
