The Sims 3 is running slow?
I bought The Sims 3 for my laptop just 2 days ago and have played probably over 20 hours since then. It worked fine it was smooth and I had no problems once it started running. But today I try to play and everything is glitching. It takes forever and I don't know what I did. Maybe it downloaded something? I would like to know if there is a way to fix it without just uninstalling and restarting. Thanks.

Hey there
There can be several things wrong i don't think its something big but here are some things you can try:
1) Update your graphics drivers (if you don't know how to here is how on windows)
-Go to your deskop and right click
-Go down to "screen Resolution" and click it
-chose advanced and chose "properties"
-go to "screen" and click update driver
2) try to update your pc (use windows update)
3) restart your laptop (remember to plug your power supply in it helps your computer to run ALOT better
