Does a rose stay alive if its frozen?

I went to my uncles funeral and foraze a rose and its gonna stay in there for a long time. Will it ever actually turn brown in there? Or will it freeze and stay red? Anything helps:) thanks

    next time dry it by hanging it upside down...it will go a sort of goldeny brown colour after oh idk 10 years...if you dry it, it will always stay that colour :)

    it will probly turn black but they have this food stuff you could dip it in,or you can freeze in some water it will stay same color.i think theres something you can spray and dry preserve it but if you put in bowl of water and freeze it should look the same as when you put it in there but you will have to look through ice to see it
