Most people are, yes.

I think that people wish they could believe in that but don't really. Some people I do feel are just born evil. The type of evil where they could do something so terrible and feel no remorse. Especially when it comes to murder.

No. There are plenty of psychopaths in this world to prove not everybody has a good heart.

Yes, especially the serial killers and rapists.
