If this were a serious question, you should ask the Immigration and Customs folks,...............not a bunch of yahoo's

No!!!......pack your parents shite into your toyota corola and roll back across the border.

You can stay if you must, but you should probably go with them. Go back to your parents' country and defeat the leftist/communist government that has oppressed the latin people for 60yrs.

Nope. Having a child born in the US does not get them a green card.

In order for them to get a green card, they have to go home, wait out the 10 year ban they will receive for ignoring our laws for 15 years and then find a way to qualify for a green card to come back.

And the word is Immigrant, not Immigrate

If you are a U.S. citizen, you can petition for your parents once you:

    1) are 21 years of age, and

    2) make enough money for the Affidavit of Support.

Since they have no status in the U.S., they will eventually have to leave the U.S. and apply for an immigrant visa to the U.S. at the U.S. consulate in their home country.

When they leave in order to attend the interview, they will trigger a 10-year bar. To time this properly, if they were to leave the U.S. today, when you are 13, they can come back when you are 23. If they wait to leave until you are 18, you will be 28 by the time they can return.

All of this is based on current law, of course.

Your parents are illegal aliens, not immigrants!!! And NO, having a kid on our soil does nothing to make them legal and they will be deported sooner or later and have to wait out a ten year ban for their criminal actions. Be prepared for when they are sent back to the country they abandoned.

No. People who stay illegally are not eligible for green cards.

No there isn't. The only thing they can do is leave the country, and in ten years you can apply for them. If they don't do that (as we know they won't) nothing can be done

not until you are 21 earning a high sum

and they return to their home country to serve out their 10 year ban first
