Urgent: title for my story!?

Hi! I'm going to write a story and I can't come up with a good title :( Here's the very basic storyline, I'm still getting everything worked out:

Leslie is a teenage girl who loves to paint and was told when she was young to always sign her name at the edge of her paintings, and one day when she was really young she spray painted a wall, signed her name and was accused of vandalism. She got put into a reform place, ran away from it and lives in a shabby apartment and does odd jobs for a living. She's trying to save up money for ..something, I don't know yet, haha.

Nate is a boy who also lives on the streets with a gang of other kids and the gang and Leslie meet and start hanging out. There are a lot of problems because the gang is more hardcore then Leslie and Nate has a temper but Nate and Leslie start falling for each other.

Nate steals stuff and Leslie gets mad at him for being dishonest, because she isn't like that. He spills that his mother is in a coma and has been for years and he always needs money to keep the machine that's keeping her alive running, even though there's hardly any hope left.

Leslie and Nate start dating then, and they fight a LOT, but they like each other alot, so it's kind of like a love/hate relationship. They care for each other so much that every emotion they feel is over the top. Leslie never had an actual family so Nate promises when they get out of these rough teenage years, they'll buy a house and raise a family.

(a lot of things happen here, still not too sure of it because I have a lot of ideas in my head right now)

Nate and Leslie get into a huge fight for some reason and drift apart. Leslie moves away and gets an actual job and apartment, though they still miss each other. A few months later, she realizes she's pregnant and she decided to go back to see him, realizing that she missed him too much. When she gets there though, she realizes that he died in a brawl and becomes emotionally damaged.

When the baby is born, she's still emotionally damaged and kills the baby since it reminds her too much of him. I'm not sure how exactly it ends but I do know it's a sad ending :(

So, any ideas for a title? :) I was thinking something dramatic or whatever, but I don't know. Thank you so much! And I need a title by tomorrow! x

You haven't even written the story yet, so it is not remotely 'urgent' that you have a title. Write the story, then give it a title afterwards. It will probably be much easier to come up with a suitable title once you've been immersed in the story.

Your plot is a bit implausible, though. She wouldn't get sent to any sort of juvenile detention for a single vandalism offence, especially when she was 'really young' and neither would she be able to escape. And she certainly wouldn't be able to rent an apartment or survive on 'odd jobs' while she's a minor. And killing a baby isn't the act of someone who is grieving their boyfriend, it's the act of someone who is in a state of advanced psychosis.

Keep in mind that this is your story. Therefore I believe Only You should come up with a title for the story. I think it helps to wait until the story is finished, to come up with title. While you're writting the story something usually pops into your head that can fit in well as a Title.

It also helps to list out some keywords or phases that relate to the story. Then find additional words or phases that come close to the list of words you have. It's basically brainstorming. Something will eventually click.

However the Title that anyone else gives you may not stay true to what you trying to convey in the Story. Since it is your story, the Title should resonate from you.
