From high fever to low body temperature...Should I go to the hospital?

I had a sore throat 3 days ago and the day after that I had a wedding to go to but I had a fever, cough, and sore throat so I took Tylenol and felt almost okay so I went... After the wedding I had a fever again and my sore throat was worse and so was my coughing.. Yesterday I had a fever of about 100+ and it was high all day... This morning I had a fever of about 99-100... But today my axillary temperature (under the armpit) is varying from 95 to 97.1 I don't usually have low body temperature. My normal temperature is at 98.6ish and I don't know if I should go to the hospital or not.. My coughing has also worsened and my sore throat too... What do you reccomend?
