2000 is the guide lined amount for the average women but if you are hard working, physically you will need/want more.

Since you say working I will say sentient life style. Around 1200-1500. IF you want to be a tooth pick. I For one like a little meat on a persons bones.

No idea on that. But i can assure that if you practice yoga for 30 min morning you can be fresh and healthy throughout the day. Try it out.
