all the fruits and veggies and berries you can eat. eat complex carbs so you feel full longer. you don't have a lot of room with that few calories to have the tasty meats so you need to load up on chicken breast, fish, and other lean meats for protein. egg whites are great. nuts and legumes are also good. make sure to get lots of calcium and vitamin d in your diet too. it helps when you're 60+ from osteoporosis and posture problems. supplements aren't that great because your body can only absorb so much vitamin/minerals at one time especially in a multivitamin with high concentrations and so many micronutrients. real foods are best for micronutrients really. do some weight training to make sure your muscles don't atrophy and it also promotes bone generation which is really important

One mcdonalds chicken nugget :) just kidding it would take half of that :p. High fat foods, sugary foods and carbohydrates have generally more calories. And 1200-1500 is not a diet it is a way of life ...
