Quite a few will do that but you'd end up paying for it to be transported back to the Netherlands and that is expensive. I know sixt does so I ran it for you on www.sixt.nl
Renting from Amsterdam Schiphol and returning it on Rome Fumicino would cost you 1300 for an Opel Astra tourer for 2 weeks in June. Same car, same period but returning it at Schiphol would cost you 660 euros.

in case you have a minimum of a month to try this that's in all probability ok even in the experience that your path seems to be somewhat in each single place. Amsterdam to Munich is going to be a stable 7-8 hours force, then Munich to Venice - as long as you're actually not combating everywhere in between (And if not, why?) is in all probability 17 hours. My suggestion - relatively in case you have have been given under a month - may be to p.c.. the two Amsterdam/Munich/Paris OR the Italian cluster, yet not the two. additionally there are each sort of thrilling places in between those cities that that's advisable to work out. Like why not see places in Belgium and Austria quite than in simple terms passing by way of one entire u . s . a . to get to a city in yet another one? The French geographical region is alluring with each sort of castles and villages to discover. Paris is as representative of France as NYC is representative of the full u . s . a .. detect some places off the overwhelmed course! P.S. WHOOOPS! I in simple terms re-study your question and found out which you stated 2 weeks!! All due understand, yet that itinerary is thoroughly loopy for 2 weeks! you will spend all some time utilising! properly, I now draw a line under my suggestion to choose on one cluster or the different. in line with hazard get out a map and plot out some days in Amsterdam, then Antwerp, then Paris, then an expedition throughout the French geographical region then paintings your way as much as Munich in case you experience forced, yet even that's packing in a lot. Cheers!

Maybe you could buy a cheap car in Holland and flog it when you get to Rome.
I'm not sure if you would need insurance or not to legally drive it though. Probably idk
