What is the best scanner for a drawing?
I plan to buy Anime Studio Debut 8 and it says I can use a scanner to upload my images and drawings (which is what I prefer over the mouse) If I were to get this software, what scanner would you recommend? I'm on an extremely low budget. I have an HP Pavillion and I plan to scan drawings on printer paper and notebook paper.

Gt a HP G-4010 which can scan up to 14" legal size documents, slides, films etc.. If you plan to scan drawings, do set the scanner to 600 dpi and put some blank sheets over your drawing so the light doesn't seep through.
This will guarantee a nice clean scan. You can also set the contrast which will also help immensely.

Epson makes a variety of high quality scanners for home use. Go to Epson website and search the HOME & PROFFESIONAL PHOTO scanners and the LARGE FORMAT GRAPHIC ARTS scanners. More info to read here: http://www.epson.com/cmc_upload/pdf/tech_scanner-r...
