Is there a memory foam mattress on the market that is almost as good as the Tempurpedic but not as expensive?

I did check out the Serta I-Comfort but I'm still looking for a good mattress.

Sure. There are alternatives all over the place. It all comes down to what you are looking for. IMO Tempurpedic prices are very high, and for the quality you get, you're spending way too much. Start off with figuring out what your comfort level is (do you like a soft, firm, or somewhere in between mattress) and then start looking at options. My suggestion is to check out http://www.bedinabox.com . They have a several different types of memory foam mattresses, and if you are looking for a Gel mattress like the iComfort, they have a Gel Upgrade for their mattresses that's better than the iComfort, for a better price as well.

Well, I can say you can find cheaper alternatives to Tempur, but I'm not sure about the brand names.

I do recommend checking out some outlets for options.
