For Legal purposes their birthday would be March 1st on nonleap years. Some celebrate on Feb 28th though. They AGE yearly, no matter how they celebrate.

They're birthday would still be counted every year just celebrated on the 1st of March because if they hadn't been born on a leap year there's a huge chance their birthday would be on the 1st.

They count their birthday every year but their actual birthday would be every 4 years but I don't know what day they use.

They count it but they don't actually go buy it

they will probably count the 28th or the 1st depending on which date way closer
