My Marine recruiter said I need to lose 25 to 32 LBS any tips?

Okay so I'm eatin less and I cut out junk food do that's good, one day a week I go to a pool function (basically boot camp) and run 2 miles and do as many pull ups as I can which is .5. I been lifting weight for two days now (2-28-12) an I weighed my self today (2-28-12) and am currently 204 and I'm 5"6 5"7 and I'm a male is there any other advise anyone could give me preferably a guy, that could help me with what they do (did) or any websites that could help me? Ps. I'm 16 and a junior so I have a year and a half before the marines.

Intake beats exercise. It's much easier to just cut back than it is to eat the same, but exercise. Swimming beats running as far as burning calories and it's easier on the joints.
