Whats it worth.2007 mercury milan v6 premier awd?

thinking about buying one from a dealership the car is nice i did test drive and the car is fully loaded with pretty much everything car has 86,000 miles on it. i think there asking 12,755 for it but id like that to be less, your thoughts?
