I ate spicy food and broke out HELP!?
I liove spicy food , but usually break out after. My face was very clear the last few days and then I ate spicy food and it got ruined! Is their anything I can eat or drink to help calm it down again. What should I do help please!

You have the same issue I do: rosacea
In the end, I would opt for breaking out over not eating my favorite foods, but I just received an article from a friend which suggested that you can calm the break out by using some Milk of Magnesia or (hold on) dandruff shampoo on the affected area while you are in the shower
There are also some mineral-based bronzers on the market that I use to cover up break outs if I'm feeling especially self-conscious

You obviously have an allergy. Try drinking fresh milk, that might clear it up. It should just go away naturally in a few days. Work out which particular spice caused it and avoid it in future.
