It is flashing a DTC error code it is either 5 or 55 you need to see what that code is.
A code five after some searching comes up to be water is detected in the fuel, and activates once the engine has been revved to 4,000 rpm. Don't know for sure what the RPM has to do with it but this is what I found it activates that code if water is detected and engine speed gets to or exceeds 4,000rpm.
