Fun surprise birthday idea for boyfriend?

My boyfriend is turning 19 on march 15th, and he has no birthday plans so I'm gonna make him some. What are some cute ideas? Like I already know I'm gonna fill his room with balloons while he's sleeping:) and then I want to get him something cute and take him to do something fun.. But just have no ideas! Help would be appreciated!

    buy condoms and blow them up as balloons instead of regular balloons.

    Whipped cream, bikini.

    Whipped cream. Lingerie. Handcuffs. And a blindfold. Don't take him somewhere, don't even leave the bedroom.
