Does a 4 inch curling iron make a difference than a 2 inch?

I`ve had a 2 inch curling iron for years and I`m thinking if I buy a four inch curling iron, would it make a difference to my hair. I like the wavy effect, and spirals. When I do that with my 2 inch one, it comes out not the way I expected. I have meduim length hair, and is naturally straight. Whats the diff between 4 and 2 inches?

I say stick with a 2 inch curling iron because i dont tink anyone makes 4 inch and if you have medium hair, it won't do anything, the curling barrel will be too big. If you really dont like the effect of the 2 inch one, try jumbo hair rollers. or for beach waves, use a thick curling wand.

I have a one inch curling iron, the karmin g3 clipless, and I think is way better than bigger and wider irons because it makes tight curls that last all day and you can loosen them out if you want to get nice, bohemian, beachy waves!

2 inch makes a tighter curl the smaller the ring the tighter the curl and visa versa :) xx

the bigger the iron the bigger the curls, so they wont be as tight.
