Your links will be hyperlinks for questions and answers when you're on Level 2. Level 1 users can just put the URL for others to copy and paste. Once on Level 2, just put the complete URL beginning with http:// and it will be a hyperlink.

A hyperlink is created by including the "http://"/ prefix on a url.

This is only available for level 2 and above to prevent spam.
