Is there any way to make stellarium show an updatable solar sytem model or simulation? If so, How? Please?

Stellarium *is* showing an "updatable Solar System simulation", it's just that you are observing it from the surface of a planet, usually Earth. :)
The closest thing to what I think you are asking about is the "Solar System Observer":
- open the location selection window
- change the planet in the drop down list to "Solar System Observer"
- close the location window, turn off the atmosphere (A) and ground (G)
- turn on planet orbits (O)
- search for the Sun (with the search tool) and zoom in after it is selected
Note that Stellarium does draw the Solar System to scale, including both the distances between the planets and their relative sizes.
