Weight loss help !!!!!!!?
Im indian and so my parents always makes indian food and most of them have a lot of oil and fat in it.
I dont eat curry all the time, usually dinner. But i guess due to year 12 and the stress i tend to eat food like ice cream, mcdonals chocolate while studying.
I need a good excersice plan..i dont think jogging will work for me e cause everytime i wake up late. and home excersices get boring after a few days..
how i keep motivated ??

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.
you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.
1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.
(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

Hello. listen i would just like to appologise for the stupid comment this guy below just posted. he or she is obviously reaally upset about something in his or her life and has somehow placed his or her self as a victim and therefor justifies the anger he or she is feeling. dont worry about those people. and stay positive. but also remember that e+r=0. you have no power over the innevitable events (e) that happen in your life only the response(r) and depending on that respose comes the outcome(O). take control of your life. you can do it!

if your lifestyle or career includes a lot of socializing out at dinners or drinks start scheduling workout dates with friends co workers or even clients

do your best to ensure you re not eating after 7 o clock at night you re more likely to make unhealthy choices and less likely to sleep as well after a late meal
