Receive an email from my own email address?
I just received an email from my own email address. What does that mean? I am connecting to the internet mostly at home [where I live by myself], never use public wifi access, have a strong password, never use the same password to login to other websites where I use my email address to login, never share my password with anyone. What else I miss?

Your account got compromised. First change your password. Account help.http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/in%E2%80%A6 for just about anything to do with your account. Then run anti Virus and Anti Spyware. Should be fine then.

regrettably this seems to take position for all time. commonly I ignore about them and that i attempt to reduce the unsolicited mail via using a gmail or hotmail deal with after I examine in to message forums or forums. even as that mail then receives spammed I set up a clean one. My POP3 e mail blocks about a million,000 emails per week so i might want to attempt to ensure that if using a POP3 e mail account that your employer (which contain BTInternet Yahoo ) have a unsolicited mail clear out.
