Which is the best external hard drive 1TB with USB 3.0?

Western Digital, Seagate, Iomega, Samsung, Toshiba or ????

Update:

OK a slight change in the plan.

I am going to get three 500gb drives and spread my bets by using different manufacturers.

A master Seagate freeagent goflex pro.

A backup WD my passport essential.

and finally a LaCie rugged mini for when I am out and about.

I will see which one I can break first !!!!!

    I use the Western Diigital Passport series - http://www.wdc.com/en/products/external/portable/ - at home and at work. They are very reliable and of the half dozen or so I use over the last couple of years never had a failure of any sort.

    The other makes you mention all make good drives and get good reviews.
