I would guess if her BEST FRIEND is saying that, then I would suppose she is hiding something from her past. Like she has cheated before or something. Just be very careful about how you handle the relationship and don't be too naive. But at the same time, don't be too doubtful of her. if this was ur special friends friend talking then its a good thing....i imagine her saying it with a wink.....but she's right. if you like that special friend then be cautious but give as much as you see fit. there's nothing to relationships except to play it by ear.
