PS3 ERROR (80710D36) HELPPP!!!!! :(?

I was searching through things to watch on 4oD when all of a sudden a blue screen with a single sentence in several different languages appeared. When it finally came up in english it said "press *X* to restart you ps3 and it will try & restore it" .... this is the second time this has happened i think the first was around january not sure ... anyway after it restarts the ps3 goes along as if you have switched it on for the first time having to set date/time/internet connection ect...when it happened the first time i was alot more worried because i had no idea on what was going on... i had to register with playstation online again,, i just entered my existing account details in the "use existing account" & everything worked smoothly again but for some reason thats not working now and all i get is this error appearing every time i try to register my existing account "an error has occurred. (80710D36) i think it might be a virus or do you think its to do with those stupid retarded hackers out there? PLZ HELP!
