Do i have tinnitus or no.?
Im 13 and i have been feeling this wind like sound in my right ear. Its like a tunnel. I only feel it at night. And it stops and goes like right now it isnt going. But im really scared cuz im only 13. I have told my mom but she thinks its probably just water in my ear.
This has only been for the past 8 days.
I think its because inlisten to too muh music and its not on high but not on low. Im really scared.
What should i do?!

Tinnitus is a physical condition experiences as noises or ringing in the ears or head when no such external physical noise is present. Tinnitus is usually caused by a fault in the hearing system; it is a symptom not a disease in itself.
Tinnitus means tinkling or ringing like a bell.
The main causes include: exposure to excessive noise eg. chain saws, machinery and rock concerts.
