By 20 months my daughter (1st born) was talking in sentences (up to 10 words long). My son on the other hand only said a few words at 20 months. He is now 2 and talking more but still only baby talk (a lot of the time i have to ask my 4.5 yr old daughter what he is saying. lol) It is actually kind of nice... he still seems like a baby this way. With my daughter i feel like she matured very quickly and bypassed the toddler stage. Either way they are both a blessing! Congrats on your son!
