I made a starter for Amish Bread 10 day ago, and it never really "bubbled" in the ziploc bag. I never made it?
myself from scratch and it made 6 starters today. When I baked the bread, it only made enough for one full size loaf and one smaller one. I'm guessing either it was the yeast in the starter, but I'm not sure. Should I start again fresh or will my other starters do the same thing? Thanks.

If you used the same yeast for all the starters, they will probably all be duds. Did you add to it and kneed it daily like you're supposed to or just let it set the entire 10 days?
