    Harry Truman had common sense!

    I don't know of any smart presidents.

    Both. Having common sense falls under the umbrella term of being smart. Unfortunately for many, common sense is not what you'll discover in the world of politics.

    I would prefer a president who keeps his oath to protect and defend America against all enemy's both foreign and domestic And to uphold the constitution of this great republic.
