Could be bad motor mounts. Does the car shake more than normal when idling?

it could be a number of things
1. broken piston
2.lifter tap
3.piston tap
4.broken piston skirt
but my suggestion would be to take it to a local auto shop

take it to an authorised mechanic and have a check up, as it is not advised to give an improper advice
