So we know eventually an embryo developed into a person but so does a sperm should we ostracize men for ejaculating anytime but for child making. So maybe we should outlaw porn it is responsible for millions of "murders".

Does a seed have a heartbeat?
And embryo has a heartbeat that can be heard on an ultrasound monitor within 4 weeks after conception.

This is a pathetic attempt at analogy. A seed is not a tree and a sperm is not a person. An embryo is, because it is a unique living being with a unique DNA code that is the product of both the mother and father. Sperm by itself is nothing. An egg from a woman's ovary is nothing. Put together and implanted in the lining of a woman's uterus it is an unborn child.

To play devil's advocate....
The pro-life people would say a seed IS a tree.
And, by the way, if you think a sperm can "develop into a person"...it's time for you to re-take High School sex ed.
