If your dedicated then probably you can get it. I'm a senior and was accepted. I had a decent resume with the same gpa, but for my senior year I took on 4-5 AP courses and got mostly a's with a few b's. I attended an overnight stay and did an interview. Just get started and try to have an essay draft done early. Focus on grades and sports and I had community service. I've always taken honors and APs though. Ps if you are applying for an rotc scholarship, start today

There are a number of colleges which graduate members of the Regular Army who are equal to graduates of West Point, such as VMI, Norwich, Texas A & M and perhaps one or two others. But you'll have to do some research and check their qualifications. Consider that even if you don't get in right away, if it is that important to you, you can apply for entrance in the fall of 2013.
