I think I have a stalker...?

I was walking to college a few days ago and a boy came up to me (I'm a girl) and said I like your jacket it fits you very nicely I dont often see that. It was a bit weird do you think this was a chat up line and he fancies me?

But now wherever I go inside college and outside college he sees me, he never talks to me which I'm glad about but its really freaking me out! Do you think I should phone the police??

Any advice would be appreciated thanks! :D xx
