Skyrim Opinion on how to play the game a different way?
The thing I like about Skyrim; is you can play it however you like;
Vigilant of Stendarr Questline. Here is a template tha I am using (sometimes when the game won't give you what you want you have to do it yourself.)
If you are interested in playing a Vigilant of Stendarr (Use this Character Build or make your own)
BUILD: Race I used an Imperial because they start with 25 in Restoration
-Use Restoration and Conjuration (Non-Necromantic) Magic
-Use One handed weapons (Your Choice; I like one handed to offhand with Magic)
Optional: Smithing and Enchantment You have to make a good weapon to Fight the Undead.
--Heavy Armor
Starting Uniform: Novice Hood and Novice Robes Imperial Bracers and Imperial Boots (Any Heavy Armor Bracers and Boots will make do.
-Always carry a Cure Disease potion; lest you become a Vampire yourself
-Read the Darkest Darkness and the Book of Daedra (I keep them on the Character for quick reference)
MISSION: Hunt and eliminate all Daedra infected weapons and creatures, Werewolves, Vampires, Witches (Necromancers) and Undead from Skyrim
QUESTLINE:
1. Fight you way to Dawnstar and Find the Hall of the Vigiliant (Talk to the Head Master of the Order he will train you in Restoration Magic) Stage out of this location. You can sleep in the bedroom right of the planning table and store items in 2 barrels at either end of the Hall (I have put all Daedra weapons and items there for safe keeping). The keeper will also train you in restoration magic.
2. Travel to Helgen and leave headed east towards the Mountains take the right fork in the road and the next right follow the to a dead end alcove marked by the traditional roadside rocks there you will find the Southfringe Sanctum a coven of Necromancers. Kill all of them
3. Travel to Falkreath NOTE: There are numerous Vampire & Necromancer ridden Caves and Castles in the Area.
-2 Daedra Quest (Daedras Best Friend leads you to a coven of Vampires) and (the Werewolf in the Falkreath Prison starts the other) You can remove Daedra artifacts from Skyrim and it People
4. Go to Morthal Complete the Little Ghost Girl Quest leads to a Coven of Vampires and a Master Vampire. Its all part of becoming a Thane of Morthal
5. Go to kill the old Mage in the Cave of Ice North of Winterhold. The Old Mage is Septimus Signus and you can't kill him until you complete his quest. He will give an additional quest to drain blood from victims...The Daedra Lord he works for wants you to take his place.
6. Go to the Shrine of Azura; There are two paths to take choose to side with Azura in the Book of Daedra she is described as one of the good ones. You have to eliminate the evil soul in the Star and use it for good.
7. Go to the Dawnstar Museum; quest to put the sword back together choose to protect the Museum Currator fight Daedra Forces Optional: take the sword for safe keeping in the Hall of the Vigilant.
8. Go to the Markarth the Abandoned House you will assist Tyrannus another Vigilant of Stendarr (Although he is weak and will try to kill you when he becomes possessed) However, you will have to sacrifice one of your own and kill Logrolf the willful to remove a Daedra Mace from other evil creatures.
9. The final objective I am working toward is killing the Daedra tainted Werewolve Companions
NOTE: I've only killed Vampires and Necromancers other than a few Forsworn or Bandits and somehow have gained an enemy Execution Order by the Thalmor...possible connection? needs investigating.

I play on a PS3...I've never liked the easy road of "download's" I'm a big fan of figuring things out myself ...probably why it takes me a long time to Play.
I did like the "Funny" Comment...LOL :D Good One!

How to play Skyrim different ways:
> Hold the controller upside down.
> Sit in a tub of water.
> Have an over affectionate dog or cat in the same room.
> Take laxatives at the start and only play until you HAVE to go to the toilet. Go to the toilet and come back to save the game but don't play again until the next day.
> Order some take out food (ie pizza, chippy, etc...) and similarly to the laxative idea only play until it arrives.
> Get drunk.
> Stand up for the duration of your play. Only sit down at loading screens but stand up as soon as the game continues.

I had a download link somewhere, but I dropped the system yesterday. I think it is games4you.com but I'm not sure
