Converting g cm^3 into mol dm^-3?

What will be the concentration in mol dm^-3 of 0.79 g cm^3 of propanone? I worked it out to be 13.6 mol dm^-3 but that seemed rather high to me, any help will be appreciated. Btw propanone is C3H6O, its also known as acetone.

    use dimensional analysis

    (0.79g / cm³) x (1 mole / 58.08g) x (10cm / 1dm)³ = 13.6 mole/dm³

and you should probably round that to 2 sig figs since 0.79 has 2

    understand?

that probably seems high to you because you're used to working with acids and bases and dilute solutions. But pure compounds are different. look at water

    (1 g / mL) x (1mole / 18g) x (1000mL / L) = 56 mole/L.... or 56 mole / dm³ if you prefer
