Has obama lived up to the Nobel Peace Prize that he received before actually doing anything?

Do the following actions validate that he deserved the Nobel prize?:

1) Selling guns to cartels (Fast and Furious)

2) Bombing Libya without justification or congressional approval

3) assassinating American citizens on foreign soil without due process (Al-Awlaki in Yemen)
